Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions for Removerinse digital services. Free resources are not subject to refunds. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email online@removerinse.world within 14 days with your account email and order date.
If you requested immediate access to digital content during the cooling-off period and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel, a proportionate charge may apply for content already supplied.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Cancellation within 14 days — full refund unless digital content was consumed with your prior consent
- Technical faults preventing access that we cannot resolve within seven working days — pro-rata refund
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — full refund of the duplicate amount
- Service not as described or not of satisfactory quality — repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Cooling-off period expired and subscription actively used beyond trial scope
- Account terminated for breach of Terms of Use
- Promotional plans with explicit no-refund terms stated at checkout
4. How to Request a Refund
Email online@removerinse.world with your account email, order date, and reason. We acknowledge within two working days and process eligible refunds within 14 working days to your original payment method.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Cancel recurring subscriptions via account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current period unless covered above.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Complaints
If dissatisfied with our refund decision, follow our Complaints Procedure or seek advice from Citizens Advice.
